I think that, along with Wings of Rean, this will be the only new series that I will be blogging this season. It’s kinda ironic, as both series are from a genre that I’m not really into. But ah well, this shows that you shouldn’t be afraid to try out new things.
Anyway, I was anticipating this show, as it’s been done by none other than the creators of Samurai Champloo (which I loved). This was also a show that had been hyped to death. If I have to say, it lived up to it pretty decently. It’s not the best show ever, but I certainly enjoyed watching this.
I think the best part about Ergo Proxy is the mood it creates. Along with the creepy backgrounds, the awesome audio and the dark characters, this was awesome to watch. I like the main characters, they certainly have potential to turn this into a great direction.
