After two weeks of no food battles, getting to see another one does make it extra sweet. Especially when the creators still haven’t lost it at all, and the battle in this episode was excellent as usual with very creative fights that had some really terrific direction, including a camera that just wouldn’t sit still and a good use of the supermarket as a setting.
I think I get what the creators were trying to build up on here: the two twins are supposed to be the main villains of this series, and instead of immediately showing their strength they just built up their characters through different ways, before heading to this episode. The big problem with this is that they were really annoying characters before the fight happened. The good thing is that this fight indeed served its purpose, and I like them a lot more now.
Rating: ** (Excellent)
I felt so bad for the Ice Witch at the end. It almost looked like they broke her neck XD But yay…this is Ben-To, not some gory action manga, therefore she’s alive and will probably end up kicking the twins ass in the last episode 😀
The song that played in the fight scene was excellent. I want the OST now.
The 1 big question i have is that, Is the Wizard ever going to appear again?
how many episodes are there supposed to be? I’m guessing 12 because you mention them supposed to be the “main villains”.
I’m keeping my expectations down, it just feels like it’s going to end very typically for this kind of show. Fun little show though with a cool concept.
Yeah, I don’t see this as having anything close to a groundbreaking ending. But that’s fine.
I agree with the idea that the two twins are supposed to be the main villains of this series but I really don’t understand why we see both of them eating bento with the others at the club room in the opening?
The twins I love to hate…..that was excellent. I really hate ’em I do. 🙂 I can’t wait to see them tak’n down big time.
I wonder if we will see a big training episode?
